Accepting these terms and how we change them
These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Richy Fox Casino. By opening an account, making a deposit or placing a stake, you confirm that you have gone through them, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.
Other documents apply alongside this page: our privacy policy, our cookie policy, the rules of each game as shown before play, and the terms attached to any bonus you take part in. Where a promotional term differs from this page, the promotional term applies to that offer only.
We update these terms from time to time, for example when a feature changes, when we add a payment method, or when a legal or technical requirement changes what we have to do. The version published here is always the one that applies to your account.
- We publish the current version on this page, together with the date it took effect.
- Where a change is material, we tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect.
- Where it is appropriate, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
- If you do not wish to accept a change, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance, subject to the usual checks.
Ask before you deposit
If anything on this page is unclear, our live chat is open on the site and you can write to us at support@casino-richyfox.co.uk.
Eligibility, your account and verification
Gambling with us is for adults only. We hold a gaming licence for the services we offer and we verify the accounts we open, which includes checking your age and identity. If we find that an account holder is under 18, we close the account and void any play.
Who can open an account
- You must be at least 18 years old. We do not accept registrations from anyone younger and we carry out age checks on every account.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom and able to use our services lawfully from where you are.
- One account per person. We also apply this to a single household, device or payment method, and duplicate accounts may be closed.
- You must register in your own name, with details that are accurate and complete, and keep those details up to date.
- You must not be signed up to a self-exclusion scheme that covers us, and you must not use an account on behalf of anyone else.
Keeping your login safe
- Keep your username, password and any security codes to yourself.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place under your login, including play by anyone you allow to use your device.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account or learnt your password.
Identity, age and address checks
Before your first withdrawal we ask you to confirm who you are. That normally means proof of identity, proof of age and proof of address, and we may also use electronic data checks. We can ask again at any point while your account is open. While a check is open we may pause withdrawals or limit play, and we finish it as quickly as we can.
Source-of-funds checks
Where we are required to, or where activity on an account makes it appropriate, we ask about the source of the funds you are using and may ask for supporting documents. An account can stay restricted until we have what we need. We handle everything you send us as set out in our privacy policy.
Deposits, withdrawals and your balance
Your account is for play rather than for holding money. We do not pay interest on balances and we do not act as a bank.
- The payment methods we accept, and the minimum and maximum amounts for each, are shown in the cashier.
- Payment methods must be held in your own name. We do not accept deposits from, or pay withdrawals to, a third party.
- Where possible, withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with. If that is not possible, we pay to an alternative method in your name.
- Withdrawals are released once verification is complete and any pending checks have finished.
- Processing times and any withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier and in your account; your own provider may take further time to post the funds.
If a payment, a balance or a game result is affected by an obvious error or a technical fault, we may correct the position and void the affected stakes. We will explain what has happened when we do.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer we run has its own terms, published with the offer. Those terms set out who can take part, what the offer is worth and what has to happen before bonus funds or winnings become withdrawable. The points below apply to all offers.
- A wagering requirement must be met in full before funds from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- A maximum stake applies while a bonus is active, as stated in the offer terms.
- Bonus funds and free spins expire if they are not used within the period stated.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games do not count towards it at all.
Offers are intended for ordinary personal play. Where an offer has been used in a way it was not intended for, such as duplicate accounts, groups playing together, or stake patterns designed to clear wagering with little risk, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it and limit which offers are open to you in future. Deposits you made yourself remain yours.
Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion
Our services are for players aged 18 and over, and they are meant to stay a form of entertainment. You can set controls on your account at any time, within the limits shown in your account.
- Deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
- Reality checks and session reminders while you play.
- A time-out that closes play for a short period.
- Self-exclusion for a longer period, during which we will not accept your stakes or send you marketing.
Free, confidential support is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online operators in Great Britain in one step. Our support team can also apply a limit or a self-exclusion for you if you prefer.
Closing an account, complaints, liability and governing law
Closing or suspending an account
You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by writing to support@casino-richyfox.co.uk. We pay out any remaining balance once the usual checks are complete. We may suspend or close an account where these terms have been breached, where the details given are inaccurate or duplicated, where we suspect fraud, collusion or money laundering, or where the law requires it. Where an account stays inactive for a long period we may close it and will contact you about any balance held.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, write to support@casino-richyfox.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. Tell us your account name, what happened and when. We acknowledge your complaint, look into it and reply within a reasonable time, and we keep you informed if the matter takes longer. If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you may refer the complaint to an independent dispute resolution provider at no cost to you; we give you their details with our answer. Your legal rights are not affected.
Our liability to you
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that they will always be available without interruption. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own device or internet connection, by someone else using your login, or by the stakes you choose to place. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
